Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Individuals enrolled in a training activity organized by Fundación CCMIJU may voluntarily withdraw from their participation by notifying Fundación CCMIJU in writing via the email address of the technical secretary provided in the training description.

Withdrawal from the training must be communicated within 14 calendar days following enrollment. It should be noted that once the training has commenced, this right of withdrawal is forfeited.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation by Fundación CCMIJU:

• Fundación CCMIJU reserves the right to cancel an activity if the minimum number of registrations is not reached, as well as to change the scheduled dates if necessary due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
• In the event of cancellation, Fundación CCMIJU will fully refund the registration fee, unless an agreement is reached to substitute it with another training activity.
• Fundación CCMIJU shall not be held responsible for any indirect expenses arising from attendance at the training (such as transport tickets, accommodation bookings, etc.).

Cancellation will be communicated to registered participants as early as possible, using the contact details provided during the registration process.

Cancellation by the Participant:

The participant must communicate the cancellation of their participation through the official channels established by Fundación CCMIJU.

• If the participant wishes to cancel their registration after payment of the fee, they must notify the technical secretary of the training activity and the Administration Department of Fundación CCMIJU at least ten calendar days before the start of the activity. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded, except for 10%, which will be retained as an administrative fee.
• If the registration is not cancelled, or is cancelled fewer than ten calendar days before the start of the activity, no refund of the registration fee will be made.
• A participant who is unable to attend the activity, and who has not been individually granted a scholarship by an external entity, may transfer their registration to another person, provided that the substitute meets the minimum requirements to participate in the training activity and that the transfer is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

If the USER or participant believes that any circumstance related to their health condition (for example, pregnancy) may affect their participation in the scheduled training activity (inhalation anesthesia, ionizing radiation, etc.), they must inform Fundación CCMIJU as soon as possible. In such cases, Fundación CCMIJU does not guarantee the availability of isolated spaces or alternatives to the scheduled activity.

With regard to online training, once access to the digital content has been granted or training materials have been provided, cancellations will not be accepted.
